As a Notary Pubic & Signing Agent I felt it was important to provide a journal that would not only meet my needs but protect the client’s privacy. I have bought a ton of journals from $5 to $25. None of them had a privacy guard & notes page. This will ensure each client’s information is protected. It also allows the Notary/Signing Agent to add in notes pertaining to the client, appointment, or any pertinent details. This will also help with saving paper by not printing appointment details but adding them to the coordinating notes page.
